It long ago became popular to immortalize all the Kennedy’s, but that’s baloney. Handsome, rich, priviliged, and charismatic, they never had anything whatsoever in common with the work-a-day people who make the USA great. In fact, they were extremely dangerous to US interests, precipitating the nuclear risk game known as the Cuban Missile crisis–the natural end result of their ceasless efforts to have Castro murdered and his regime overthrown. Bobby was the driving force in that effort, which likely got his older brother killed in Dallas by a communist, cuban-loving fanatic, Lee Harvey Oswald. I am saddened that the Kennedy brothers were murdered; they didn’t deserve that. However, the Kennedy worship needs to end. These were coniving, ganster-associated, sons-of-privilege that sought to tell everyone else how to live without themselves being bound by the same laws. Ted Kennedy was but another example–working to pass a health care program that he did not turn to when he became ill, that never would have applied to him anyway, but would have bound the rest of us. Snooty, crooked little rich kids; that is the Kennedy clan, and always was. It is time to quit pretending that they were anything ‘special’.

I want to thank you for your fine work. When I began examining the Sirhan trial transcripts there was one page that jumped out at me. Page 3976 ought to be etched in stone as a warning that this really did happen in America. There isn’t the slightest doubt in my mind – based on the facts in this case – that the men who ordered Bobby Kennedy’s assassination have never been brought to justice. Read pg 3967 for yourself and let me know what is going on??

You did a great deal of research for the article and the picture selection. I love conspiracy theory too. I enjoyed the Loose Change video a couple times. So we could think about how bad these things are or we could spend the same amount of time picking something we can fix and going for it. I for one am grateful for this post… it inspires me to do something positive. I was at Arlington National Cemetary with my children last Memorial Day and I can say for some reason I feel like I am walking with giants every time I am there. Giant human spirits anyway.
